Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh idk..?

okk so theres this guy, well hes not so fortunate of looks but i really like him for his smarts and humor even if he isnt very outgoing.. anyways i told him that i liked him over text and he was like yeah your friend already told me. he only has his phone on during school afterwards he turns it off because he "doesnt need it" my friends think that i am way out of his league (blond, pretty, smart, athletic) and they say that he isnt telling me how he feels because he is nervous.. how do i get him to like me.. i see the way he looks at me and i feel that he is looking at me with lust and longing. and its just so hard to talk to him because i am very shy.. how do i get him to make a move or how should i make a move?
