Can I get in trouble for using a credit card that is issued to my husband only?

I don't want to know about ethical issues. I want to know about legalities. I've got a card in his name, which I can make the payments on and I'm ready to use it. He is a stingy, cheap man who wouldn't allow me to have one on my own. I am a stay at home mom.
