Can a Law firm that formerly represented you, represent a person filing a lawsuit against you?

This deals with a land dispute, in the state of Georgia. My Grandfather was represented about 10 years by what I will call "Law firm A".Now, in an unrelated situation, "Law firm A" is representing a person who has a dispute with my Grandfather. Would this be a conflict of interest or impropriety?
