Does America sell anything besides weapons ?

If there are no wars, will America turn into a thirdworld coutnry ? What does USA sell besides weapons.They buy everything from either china or someother coutnry, I am curious as to what they can ever sell. Without the nuclear power would a country like Japan thrash America into the mud. If anyone starts trading in a currency other than dollar they bombard that country (e.g Iraq). How do you feel when people who do nothing useful become unjustly rich ?
