Does anyone know the valid e-mail address for the US Department of Justice ?

I've tried sending an e-mail to the US Department of Justice, but it keeps coming back saying ' authorisation required '. The e-mail address I am using is that given on the US Department of Justice website. I've asked Yahoo Help but got no response as to why my e-mail keeps on being returned. Any help would be gratefully received.
