A friend of mine had an abortion on the 18 of feb. she has began to have slight pain bellow her belly.?

She had an abortion on the 18th of feb and has recently these past 2 weeks has been feeling slight lower belly pains but they just come and go annd last a couple of minutes and not too painfull. Could it be related to the abortion?
