How big was your english mastiff at the age of 2 and when did he get full grown?

my mastiff is only 1year 4 months but I'll answer since their are no other answers yet he's 135 lbs and around 32 in. tall his dad was 205 lbs. and his mom was 180lbs. they are full grown at 3 years
