How do I fix my Nintendo DSi fuse?

I have I dsi that has a blown fuse (I think), and I searched the problem and everything I get is DS Lite fuse problems, why? Is the repair the same as the DS Lite (Soldering a wire through the fuse contacts etc) or is there another unique way? Please don't answer that I have to replace the fuse because I live in Ukraine and nobody knows whats Nintendo and for eBay Ukraine doesn't exist. Please answer!
