How do I remove the radio from a Mk4 Volkswagen Jetta?

It is a monsoon stereo with a six disk changer in the trunk. It has a cette adapter for an ipod stuck in it and i don't want to buy any tools or pay the shop to do it. Or does anybody know how to get the cette out without taking the radio apart? Thanks
