I have a english mastiff he bit two people was wondering what to do bout this problem..?

Yeah, Not sure what to do don't want to get rid of him .He's a loving dog just not to others..He's almost 2 yrs.My question is will he change if i get him nuetered..less jealous and protective an more lovin to others thanks.....
