I need to overcome my hesitation to talk to a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity about my interest,plz help!

I am extremely interested in becoming a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorportaed but I cant overcome my hesitation to talk to a particular member about my interest...I dont knw what to say, how to act, or anything...I knw it would be easier if I knew someone at my particular school who was also interested and we could do it together but right now I dont...Can someone please help????
