NHL draft lottery?

Each year, the NHL hosts an entry draft for new players wishing to enter the league. The draft lottery determines the position in which these teams will draft incoming players. Since the Lightning were awarded the first pick, they have received the first choice in the draft, and may select ANY player from the incoming pool.
