Should I keep seeing him?

A co worker of mine recently expressed his true feeling for me he told me that he is in LOVE with me and just had to let me know from that moment we have been inseparable I mean we see each other damn near everyday the big issue is our age difference I'm 24 and he is 64 we have been working together for over 3 yrs less than 4 he is Iranian n I am black if he could have his way he would live with me he is kinda clingy but in a sweet way very attentive n supportive of me I want to give him a baby he wants a son n he said i should be the 1 to make his wish come true he also said he really wants a mixed baby I am in love but I'm confused he is divorced with 3 grown kids should I keep this relationship or break it off n just be friends
