So what is next? where do i go from here?

people on this site can give the most amazing advice - thank you --well it is official i went to work yesterday and they called me up to the head office along with my supervisor and the operations manager so they offered me the position in the hope that i could do two things manage the other employees and help bring down infections in the Operating Rooms we have over 56 OR's so my hands will be full. i took the position knowing full well the infection control will be next to impossible, i will make sure when we are intubate the patients on the or we use sterile cannulas and when we draw the blood it is all sterile- but taking into account that we have the nurses in the OR and the different doctors and PSA's it will be difficult to bring down infections, and yes i know i only have to Manage and be responsible for what my people do.... on a lighter note they gave me yesterday off and on monday i will be on days for awhile getting the rest of my liver transplant training and my cardiac training so and after that i will take over as b shift supervisor so i'll be on days for the next two to three months... so what do you think of that?
