Which one is the best to emulate SNES games: PSP, Wiz or Dingoo?

I've been looking for a handheld good enough to emulate SNES games with as little chopping and slowdown as possible. The PSP is kinda good, but it's terrible with bigger games like Donkey Kong Country, F-Zero and Yoshi's Island.
